About us
I’m Tiziana and together with my family, my husband Luigi and my sons Giovanni and Giacomo, I administrate these residences that we refurbished during the years. I love to travel so I always try to put myself in my guests’ shoes to make sure their stay is as pleasant as possible making them feel at home.
I like order, cleanliness and the functionality of things… but over all I love to be able to get in touch with people from all over the world.
I put a lot of attention to the details to make our residencies as cozy as possible for my guests, making them feel comfortable in a welcoming and functional house so that they can have a pleasant stay in Parma.
LUIGI IN PALAZZO BIANCHI
The 3 residencies we offer are located inside Palazzo Bianchi, an historical and ancient building in the middle of the historical center of Parma. Just a few steps away you can find the Duomo, the Battistero, Palazzo della Pilotta, the ancient Teatro Farnese,the Teatro Regio, the museum Glauco Lombardi and many other landmarks.
All public transport is available nearby to reach the university campus, the hospital or the airport. The train station is at a 5/10 minute walk away.
Upon request at the time of booking, the followings are available:
- Cradle for babies (camping cot), free of charge;
- Private parking space, at an extra fee.
- Pets are accepted as long as they do to not get on beds and sofas.
THE RESIDENCIES
APPARTAMENTO CORTILE
Situated at the ground floor, it has it's access into a private courtyard inside the building.
It is suitable for 2/3 people with a double bed and a sofa that serves as a single bed in the living room.
It is equipped with washing machine, hairdryer, iron, double TV, independent underfloor heating, summer air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.
STANZA DEI FIORI
Situated at the first floor of the building and accessible through the large shared staircase and through a common access hallway adjacent to the Appartamento Deluxe.
It can accommodate up to two people and can have 2 single beds or a double bed on request. It does not have a kitchen but has a small corner with a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle with a few free coffee capsules and a few tea/herbal tea bags with sugar and is equipped with a TV.
It has a private toilet with shower and in the built-in wardrobe there is a small minibar with no drinks but free water. The heating is autonomous as well as the summer cooling.
APPARTAMENTO DELUXE
It is located on the first floor of the ancient Palazzo Bianchi building and has recently been completely renovated. It is accessed through the large condominium staircase and through a common access hallway adjacent to the Stanza dei Fiori.
It features antique family furnishings, with some modern additions such as the iron mezzanine. It has a large living room with two sofas, one of them can be converted into a double bed. There is a dining area with an extendable table, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with the possibility of either 2 single beds or double bed. It has two bathrooms with showers, one them windowed and the other one with a laundry area with washer dryer.
A modern iron staircase leads from the living room to a mezzanine equipped with a pouf that can be turned into a single bed.
